If this sounds familiar, therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, feel more confident being your authentic self, and actually begin shifting the patterns that have kept you stuck.

As a fellow human, I don’t expect you to be perfect, have everything figured out, or hold it together all the time. Nothing about you is “too much” or broken.

My approach is warm, curious, and down-to-earth. I walk alongside you, offering perspective, tools, and gentle guidance while honoring your own inner wisdom.

 

My hope is to help you move toward more clarity, confidence, and healing, at a pace that truly feels right for you.

My practice is trauma-informed and integrates the connection between mind and body. I draw on both talk therapy and experiential practices. I draw from an Internal Family Systems approach,  self-compassionmindfulness, and other evidence-based practices, always tailoring therapy uniquely to your needs, goals, and strengths.
