Yes. The exceptions are the ones the law requires: child or elder abuse, imminent harm to yourself or others, court subpoenas, or abuse by a healthcare provider. You will review and sign a confidentiality agreement before our first session.

For Ontario clients, your personal health information may be stored on encrypted servers located in the United States. PHIPA does not prohibit health information from being stored outside Ontario or Canada, provided appropriate privacy and security safeguards are in place.
